Ion Channel Biology
|
| |
Isacoff, Kramer, and Trauner use chemical biology to understand the allosteric control of enzyme active sites. They use ligand gated ion channels as a model system with a further goal to better understand neuronal firing. This project calls on Trauner’s expertise in organic chemistry, Isacoff’s knowledge of molecular biology, and Kramer’s neurobiology capabilities. |
