 | | Ferromagnetic Funk Fluid | | This is what Wei Chandra, Ryan Satcher, and Santiago Caceres, and I (Alex Stanley) made for our MATE 232 final project. The song at the end, "Ferromagnetic Funk Fluid," was written and preformed by Ryan and Me.

Ferromagnetic fluid

Im a nerd, but I think you knew that.

And you say, ferrofluid.
Well, that aint no simple tale,
But if you walk with me Ill tell it
Then I pull a vile out of my pocket
And then I pull out a magnet, and you say
What is this thing, this black ball of spikes?!
It looks like an evil porcupine!
Oh no, thats just how the fluid aligns
Along magnetic field lines
Removing the field makes the spikes go away
A black pool of liquid is all that remains
Despite the ferromagnetic part of its name, the magnetization dont stay
