Prof. Mark Stoykovich
Mark Stoykovich is an assistant professor at the University of Colorado–Boulder in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. He received a BS in chemical engineering and chemistry from MIT (1996) and was awarded a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (2007). Prof. Stoykovich was a Semiconductor Research Corporation graduate fellow and his research focused on incorporating self-assembling materials, such as block copolymers, into the lithographic process to achieve patterns with sub-30-nm critical dimensions. Before joining the University of Colorado he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. John Rogers’ group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the area of flexible/stretchable silicon electronics on three-dimensional surfaces.
